In brief: we collect the information needed to run the MultiplicityAI website and platform and to respond to your requests. We do not sell personal information. Conversation data uploaded by our customers is processed on their behalf and used to serve only that customer.

1. Who we are

MultiplicityAI is a product of Crown Consulting Group LLC ("Crown Consulting Group," "we," "us"), based in Austin, Texas. This Privacy Policy applies to the MultiplicityAI marketing website and the MultiplicityAI platform (together, the "Services").

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a demo, contact us, or correspond with us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, role, team size, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers collect limited technical information such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the website.

Customer data

When a customer uses the MultiplicityAI platform, the platform processes sales conversation recordings, transcripts, and related materials that the customer uploads or connects. We process this customer data on the customer's behalf and under their instructions, as described in our customer agreement. Each customer's data is used to serve only that customer.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To respond to demo requests, questions, and support inquiries.
  • To send service and administrative communications.
  • To send marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • With service providers and sub-processors that help us run the Services, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, AI processing, and customer communication, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • To comply with the law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect personal information as described here.

5. AI processing

The platform uses AI models to analyze sales conversations. AI processing runs through a controlled, server-side layer with third-party data sharing disabled. Customer conversation data is not used to train shared or third-party models, and is not used to improve any model outside that customer's private boundary.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer data is retained according to the customer agreement and the customer's configured settings.

7. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access to production systems, and invite-only, domain-restricted authentication for the platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International data

For the current release, the Services store and process data in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information is processed there. Where required, transfers are made under standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If your information was provided to us by a customer using the platform, we will refer your request to that customer.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means.
