Security and Trust

Your revenue data stays yours

Sales calls are some of the most sensitive data a company holds. MultiplicityAI is built so that data stays controlled, contained, and private to your company.

The basics, done right

Three commitments we design around.

Encrypted end to end

Call data and transcripts are encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited and logged.

Access you control

The platform is invite-only and authentication is restricted to your corporate domain. No one outside your account can sign in, even with a matching email.

Your model, never shared

Your calls and playbooks train a model that is private to your company. They are never used to train shared or third-party models.

The detail

How access and data are handled.

Invite-only access

There is no self-registration. A user can only join when an authorized admin invites them. An uninvited visitor is blocked, even if their email matches a configured domain.

Domain-restricted authentication

Users sign in with their corporate Google account. Personal accounts and accounts outside your configured domain cannot authenticate.

Two-tier admin roles

Account Admins control users, roles, billing, and integrations across the account. Sales Managers manage only their own team. Access is scoped to what each role needs.

US data residency

For the current release, customer data is stored and processed in the United States. Customers with EU requirements are handled under standard contractual clauses in the data processing agreement.

Private model boundary

AI processing runs through a server-side layer with third-party data sharing disabled. Your conversation data and playbooks never leave your private model boundary to improve a shared system.

Retained, not lost

Deactivating a rep removes their access while retaining their historical call data and coaching records, so the account keeps its institutional memory.
