Three commitments we design around.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Call data and transcripts are encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited.
Access you control
The platform is invite-only. A person can join only through an invitation, signing in with the exact email address that was invited.
Your learning, never shared
Your won deals show the platform what winning looks like for your team, and your playbooks shape the coaching. Both sharpen as more deals close. That learning stays in your workspace and is never used to train shared or third-party AI models.
How access and data are handled.
Invite-only access
There is no self-registration. A user can only join when an authorized admin or manager invites them. An uninvited visitor is blocked.
Invitation-bound sign-in
Users sign in with the exact email address they were invited with. Any other account is refused.
Two-tier admin roles
Account Admins control users, roles, billing, and integrations across the account. Sales Managers manage only their own team. Access is scoped to what each role needs.
US data residency
For the current release, customer data is stored in the United States. Customers with EU requirements can contact us about data transfer terms before onboarding.
Controlled AI processing
AI requests are sent from our servers to a business AI service whose terms prohibit it from training on your data. Your conversations and playbooks are never used to train shared or third-party models.
Retained, not lost
Deactivating a rep removes their access while retaining their historical call data and coaching records, so the account keeps its institutional memory.
